Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes. Please email us at faradaystylus@gmail.com regarding purchase order requests. We only accept purchase order requests from institutions and businesses, We also reserve the right to request payment in advance.
Do you ship to my country?
The only countries we are currently aware that we can not ship directly to are the UK and Germany. Otherwise (as far as we know) we can ship to any country that USPS or UPS ships to.
UK customers: If you are unable to purchase directly from our website, try ordering from our Etsy page.
German customers: Please contact us at faradaystylus@gmail.com and we will figure out how to ship to you.
I'm a customer outside of the US. Will I have to pay taxes or duties?
Depends on your country. As we are a small US based business, we ship all packages duty unpaid. Any international order may be subject to any necessary taxes or fees upon arrival in your country.
How long does shipping take?
That depends on the method of shipping you selected at check out. Once your order ships you will receive tracking information for your package that should have an ETA. Please be aware that this is not a guarantee from Faraday Stylus, but an estimate from the shipping provider for your convenience.
Where is my package?
You should have received tracking informaton. Please check your email (including the spam filter). Please be advised that we don't have any more information than the tracking number, so it may be best to attempt to contact the carrier.
If you did not recieve any tracking information and it has been more than 5 business days since the order was placed then please contact us at faradaystylus@gmail.com.
How long will my stylus last?
This really depends on your usage. For some people they last for years, and for others they can be worn out in a matter of weeks. However, if you do not get at least one month of use out of your stylus, please contact us.
