Shipping

  • Customer is solely responsible for providing an accurate and safe shipping address for all orders. Faraday Stylus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages returned do to non-deliverable address status.
  • Customers agree to pay all taxes and fees associated with shipping, even those not detailed in the original receipt. This includes but is not limited to initial shipping fees (postage), and for international orders custom fees, import taxes, VATs, or local delivery fees.
  • Tracking information is available and will be provided for all orders via email. (check spam folders for an email generated by stamps.com) If you are missing tracking info, please contact us.

Cancelations

Any order can be canceled before items are shipped. Please contact us at faradaystylus@gmail.com. Refunds for cancellations will be processed through PayPal back onto the card used to make the order.

Incorrect Order Recieves

Mistakes sometimes happen when packing products. If you received the wrong item(s) in your shipment, please send us an email and we will get the correct item to you ASAP. If you can use the item(s) you recieved, keep them as a small gift for our mistake. If you can’t use them, please try to pass them on to someone who can.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your stylus you may return it for either a replacement or a full refund within the first three weeks after delivery, as determined by package tracking. Please fill out a claims form and return the items to:

Minimum Tip Life Promise

If a stylus tip wears out within the first 4 weeks, please fill out a claim form and we will send you a replacement for free. In the case of Caduceus and Mouth Sticks we will send you replacement heads, not the whole stylus. This offer is only valid for the first 4 weeks of the ordinal purchase delivery date, determined by tracking info. If the replacement tips are also wearing out within 4 weeks please contact us via email to discuss other solutions or arrangements, as there is some issue that will not be corrected by sending another replacement.
